Soldiers Arrested For Drive-By Shooting

Four Fort Bliss soldiers face felony charges after being arrested by El Paso police in connection with several BB-gun drive-by shootings.

Ruben Dario Hernandez, 20, Garrett Robert Moody, 19, Kelly Carlson, 19, and a 17-year-old were all arrested

Friday and charged with first-degree organized criminal activity and aggravated assault with a deadly weapon.

One of the shootings was right in front of police headquarters, where KFOX reporter Peter Daut was standing next to a news van as bullets flew delete . No one was injured in the shooting.
