West El Paso Accident Sends One Man To Hospital

EL PASO, Texas -- A trash truck and a pickup truck blocked traffic Tuesday morning at the intersection of Onida Drive and Redd Road in west El Paso.

The accident happened around 6 a.m.. Police told KFOX one person in the pickup was taken to Thomason hospital with minor injuries.

The driver of the trash truck was unhurt.

Police diagrammed the scene.

Traffic was blocked off for a couple hours.

Police have no word on any citations.
