Lawsuit Filed Against New Mexico State University

LAS CRUCES, N.M. -- Four current and former graduate students and faculty members are suit New Mexico State University and its Board of Regents.

The federal lawsuit was accusing certain university administrators of racial discrimination and retaliation.
