A woman showed up to the border bleeding and asking for help.

Around 1 p.m. Sunday, emergency units were called to the Bridge of the Americas to pick up an innocent bystander shot in a drive-by shooting.

The female victim is a U.S. citizen, and KFOX was there as she was transported to Thomason Hospital.

Earlier this week, another U.S. citizen was taken to Thomason after an armed robbery had gone bad.

So far, 26 people have been treated at Thomason due to violence in Juarez.

Eighteen of those victims were U.S. citizens, and all of the others have legal documentation to be in the United States.
