A Dona Ana woman is suspected of creating her own checks through a personal computer.

She is embossing the checks with a number assigned to an account belonging to the Dona Ana County Detention Center.

Patricia Gutierrez has two warrants for her arrest for possession of a controlled substance and forgery.

She has been known to alter her appearance by changing her hair color.
