EL PASO, Texas -- The residents who live near the bars Three Legged Monkey and Wet Ultra Lounge are one step closer to having permit-only parking signs.Thursday KFOX camera crews found an El Paso city streets department worker installing the poles that will hold the signs on Mettler and Hopewell drives in East El Paso.As KFOX reported, residents in the area have complained about people going to the bars down the street after patrons parked in their neighborhood, littered, vandalized, and even urinated on their property.Residents do have to pay $7 to have a sticker on their car for the permit parking. The city said it hopes to have the signs up before the end of the month.
