EL PASO, Texas -- A man is arrested after police said he stabbed another man in the arm.The alleged attack happened just after 2 a.m. Saturday in the 1300 block of Amber Morgan in east El Paso.Police told KFOX 20-year-old Omar Martinez stabbed a 27-year-old man who was later taken to the hospital for his injuries.Martinez has been charged with aggravated assault with a deadly weapon.
