EL PASO, Texas -- A public meeting to address the planned development of a gasoline pipeline in East El Paso County is scheduled for Wednesday.County Commissioner Miguel Teran invites residents to submit their comments and questions about the proposed 28 mile PMI pipeline.The meeting starts Wednesday at 7p.m., at the Lower Valley Water District, located at 1557 FM Road 1110, in Clint.
