EL PASO, Texas -- Employees at El Paso Walgreen's stores are doing what they can to help support our troops.

They have drop zone barrels set up at Walgreen’s stores where you can drop off everything from letters of support to beef jerky.

Fort Bliss picks up the items once a week and takes them to Iraq.

“We gotta support out country and it's important that we all get behind our troops and show that we have not forgotten them," said Walgreens manager Chris Espinoza.

"I want to support them because they do a sacrifice for us and I really appreciate all of them," said Lydia Vega from lower valley El Paso.
