Fort Bliss Soldier Killed In Iraq
A Fort Bliss soldier is killed in Iraq.
The Pentagon has reported that Sgt. Brent W. Dunkleberger, 29, died of injuries he suffered when a rocket-propelled grenade struck his vehicle Tuesday.
He was from New Bloomfield, Pa., but was based out of Fort Bliss as a member of the 2nd Battalion, 7th Cavalry Regiment, 4th Brigade Combat Team of the 1st Cavalry Division.
Dunkleberger was part of a convoy security mission in Mosul, Iraq.
