We get it! Clean eating can be so hard especially when you have kids in the house! Between fruit snacks , candy, chips and treats all available at an arms reach they are hard to pass up. Sugar is my weakness especially at night time so I have come up with some good sugar desserts to fulfill my craving as opposed to eating the junk.
1) For ice cream lovers, opt for frozen yogurt with fruit you are literally cutting calories in half and won't feel quite as guilty!
2) For those of you who love cake, angle food cake has .1 grahams of fat and no cholesterol which you can pair with blackberries, raspberries and a small amount of whip cream.
3) Finally for the chocolate lovers which is my all time favorite. If you are going to dive in, eat dark chocolate obviously in moderate amounts. It's also good for your brain, heart and can control your blood sugar.
