MEAC Currently Leading In Madness
Some early bracketology had Duke and NC Central playing in the first round as 1st and 16th seeds.
Not going to happen; the MEAC has seen all four top seeds lose. Central lost to archrival NC A&T. But there is a chance of a different, perhaps less felicitous rematch: former Cal coach Todd Bozeman, now at Morgan State, could win the MEAC. If so, there’s a chance they could be paired against Duke.
You will remember that after beating Duke behind an amazing game from Jason Kidd, Bozeman was busted by the NCAA for rather egregious cheating.
