Taylor Swift is officially the top-selling digital singles artist of all time, according to the Recording Industry Association of America (RIAA). With total downloads of 39.5 million units, the country-pop superstar also holds the record for the biggest digital-sales week ever by a female artist, thanks to the catchy "We Are Never Ever Getting Back Together," which sold 623,000 units for the week ending Aug. 19, 2012 and was the first release from her latest album,
Red. The album's third single, "I Knew You Were Trouble," has more than three million copies in the U.S. alone.
Taylor kicked off her Red tour last night (March 13) with a sold-out show in Omaha, Neb. The songstress says the trek, which includes stops in South Carolina, Massachusetts and Ohio, as well as several shows in Canada, will keep fans entertained from start to finish.
