Dream Big Sports Academy was created to provide the sports program necessary for the youth to have equal opportunity for a successful basketball career. We are dedicated to helping individuals realize their true potential by offering innovative, comprehensive, and specialized programs. The dream they are attempting to achieve will be reached through an acronym that stands for Dedication Responsibility Education Athleticism & Motivation. These are the values that we will infuse in the participants of our program. On June 8th, Dream Big Sports Academy is hosting our 1st Annual Dream Big Basketball Camp. This camp is for young athletes serious about playing on the next level. This event will be headlined by Jamarr Sanders of the 2012 NBA D League Champions Austin Toros (Also former Jeff Davis HS State Champion & UAB C-USA Regular Season Champion). He is bringing other professional athletes to help mentor and provide the necessary exposure that it takes to be successful. We believe that guidance from qualified and knowledgeable athletes, speakers and coaches is what drives meaningful and lasting impact. The camp is structured to give each participant a challenging selection of drills and habit-building exercises along with inspirational and educational information that will position them to become not only better athletes, but successful young men with a goal. The Dream Big Basketball Camp will begin at 9:00 a.m. with the All Star Game beginning at approximately 4:00 p.m. The fee for the camp will be $20 those who register during the early registration period March 15th – May 14th(Promo Code "dreamchaser"). The registration fee will be $30 May 15th – May 31st. The camp price is about 50% less than the typical "Elite Camps" such as Auburn, UAB, & Alabama who are generally priced around $50 to $60. The camp will commence with an All-Star game featuring the guest athletes that we will be open to the public with the admission being canned food or donation, in which the proceeds will go to a local charity. Camp Participants receive free admission to the All-Star game along with an exclusive autograph and personal picture session.
