This course is a comprehensive introduction to the principles and practice of pediatric flexible bronchoscopy and bronchology. It involves intensive, hands-on experience in a laboratory setting, as well as lectures and demonstrations. The course is designed for physicians with little or no previous experience, but may be valuable for more advanced practioners as well. This course, by itself, does not qualify anyone to perform bronchoscopy independently without considerable further training and experience.
