Show up for yoga instructors Brenda Lear and Jay Fields as they lead alternating Vinyasa and Hatha classes. Brenda’s Vinyasa classes explore alignment of the body and mind through a thoughtful sequence of yoga postures and personalized practice. Jay’s “Grace and Grit” Hatha classes are equal parts of self-study and play – a restorative blending of poetry, anatomy, spirituality and neuroscience. Please bring your mat.
Must be 18+ to participate in the classes. Complimentary Tea and Treats are provided at the end of each class.
