Join us Sunday, April 21, 2013 at WakeMed Soccer Park in Cary NC!
We are working with the American Cancer Society to make this race possible. All proceeds benefit the American Cancer Society. Visit our website (runningovercancer.com) to donate
The course is 5 kilometers long consisting of grass and gravel surfaces. There will be a water station at about the halfway point. There are two ways to run; “competitive” runners will be issued chips, receive official times, and be eligible for awards, while “recreational” runners/ walkers will not receive official times, and won’t be eligible for awards, but will be able to see their finishing time on a digital clock at the finish line.
The last day to register online for the Running Over Cancer 5k is Thursday, April 18, 2013. On-site registration may be available if this event is not full, but your best bet is to register online.
