On Sunday, March 10th fitness-minded dogs and their two-legged running buddies will team up for the 6th Annual UC Davis School of Veterinary Medicine’s Dog n’ Jog race! This year’s event follows the theme of “Taking Strides Towards Vector-Borne Disease Control Awareness.” Runners may participate with or without dogs. Registration is $15 for the 1.5mi, $20 for the 5km, and $30 for the 10km. Prices include an event t-shirt, runner's bib, and breakfast. Additional shirts and doggie bandanas may be purchased along with registration. Race check-in opens at 8am outside Gladys Valley Hall and races start at 8:45am On-site registration will be available for an extra $5 per event. All proceeds from the 6th Annual Dog 'n Jog will go toward supporting student-run programs by the Students for One Health and SVM Class of 2014. Can’t make the race?
