James Rutke is a course instructor at The Dharmakirti College in Tuscon. He received Kalachakra Initiation from His Holiness the Dalai Lama and Kalachakra teachings from Serkhong Rinpoche. Kalacharkra means wheel of time, its system symbolizes three cycles (external, internal, and alternative), and its harmonious features symbolize peace. This talk on the connection between Kalachakra and world peace is part of the Border Peace Through Inner Peace month-long event at UTEP Bhutan Lounge.
