HYDRO SPINNING - For those who want to spin! A new and safer spinning /cycling class. YES- in the water. A moderate to high intensity workout emphasizing cardio, toning and endurance. Our Hydro bikes offer other benefits including massaging action, reducing stress on the knees and back as well as strengthening the lower body. This class is Instructor-led in waist-deep water. The resistance and acceleration are individually controlled so the challenge level is totally up to you!
