Final 3 'American Idol' Contestants Sing Their Hearts Out
The all-male final three contestants try to impress the judges and those at home to make it in the top two.Danny Gokey, Kris Allen and Adam Lambert are the last three standing in this season of “American Idol” This week the judges picked songs for the contestants to sing and the men also were able to pick any song for another performance.Danny Gokey sang “Dance Little Sister” by Terrance Trent D’Arby and chose “You Are So Beautiful” by Joe Cocker for his personal choice. The judges were on the fence about his performances, one minute loving him, and the next questioning his ability to do well.Kris Allen sang “Apologize” by One Republic and for his personal choice he sang “Heartless” by Kanye West. The judges were not feeling his “Apologize” and said he needed to take more risks. Judge Kara DioGuardi loved his personal choice performance but Simon Cowell said he wrote himself out of the competition.Adam Lambert sang “One” by U2 and is also one of Simon’s favorite songs. The judges loved his performance. For his personal choice he sang “Cryin” by Aerosmith and the judges had nothing but good things to say about his performance.Another contestant will be eliminated Wednesday only on Fox.
