CINCINNATI -- A woman who spent more than 51 hours attached to a car on Fountain Square has won the Cincinnati Bell/WEBN Boom Buggy Contest.Kim Murphy of Newport, Ky., outlasted 19 other people in her quest to win a one-year lease for a 2010 Kia Sol, WLWT-TV reported. She and the other contestants had to keep their hands on the car for the duration of the contest. Those who took their hands off the car were eliminated.Murphy was one of only two people left Thursday morning, when the other contestant made a hand gesture during a conversation and picked his hand up off the car.Murphy won with a time of 51 hours and 48 minutes. She also wins a new Nokia 500 smart phone and a front row seat to Riverfest 2009.So what makes someone stand with their hand on a car for 51 hours? Murphy said her last car recently caught fire and she needed a new one.
