Hasbro, the creator of the original toy line, is ready for the release of the first big-screen live-action movie featuring G.I. Joe with "G.I. Joe: The Rise of Cobra," with a whole new line of 3.75-inch action figures and scaled vehicles and playsets, 12-inch action figures, role playing items and more. The film stars Channing Tatum as Duke, Marlon Wayons as Ripcord, Sienna Miller as Baroness, Rachel Nichols as Scarlett, Ray Park as Snake Eyes, Byung-hun Lee as Storm Shadow and Dennis Quaid as General Hawk.

Rated PG-13 for strong sequences of action violence and mayhem throughout, "G.I. Joe: The Rise of Cobra" opens in theaters nationwide Aug. 7.

The Sweepstakes
One grand-prize winner will be selected to receive the following "G.I. Joe: The Rise of Cobra" prize package: one full wave of 12, 3.75-inch movie action figures, a Night Raven vehicle with Air-Viper, a PIT Mobile Headquarters playset, a Snake Eyes 12-inch electronic Ninja figure and Storm Shadow 12-inch electronic Ninja figure.

Four runners-up will be selected at random to receive a Snake Eyes 12-inch electronic Ninja figure and Storm Shadow 12-inch electronic Ninja figure.
